Rules for 3v3 playing (updated 09/23/2007)

SYSL Fall 2007 Registration Rules

• U14s and U16s divisions will be combined and play in-house (depending on numbers of players, travel is a possibility)
• U5s through U12s are in-house only
• Cost for 5s is $60
• Cost for U8-U16 players is $110
• $285 max charge per family
• PAY BY JUNE 30, 2007 AND SAVE MONEY!
• Pay by June 30 and U5 is only $40
• Pay by June 30 and U6-U16 is only $80
• Pay by June 30 and the family max is only $225
• Registration forms must be filled out online at www.stoughtonsoccer.org
• Registration computers will be available for use at the soccer fields (not guaranteed!)
• You may submit the signed form and payment via mail, or via dropping off the registration form at the field:
• Registration runs from 4/15 – 6/30
• Registration mail-in applications MUST be postmarked by June 28th
• Registration drop offs at the field must be received no later than June 30th, and should be placed in the drop box at the concession stand
• ANY registration not meeting the date/payment requirements will be WAIT LISTED.
• Each application must be filled out in its entirety
• All first time SYSL players must provide a copy of the player’s birth certificate
• Age guidelines for Fall 2007 are as follows:
• U5 – 08/01/2002 to 07/31/2003
• U6 – 08/01/2001 to 07/31/2002
• U8 – 08/01/99 to 7/31/2001
• U10 - 08/01/97 to 07/31/99
• U12 - 08/01/95 to 07/31/97
• U14 - 08/01/93 to 07/31/95
• U16 - 08/01/91 to 07/31/93
• The zero-tolerance/code-of-conduct must be agreed to or the registration isn’t complete
• Sample uniforms are available at the concession stand for help in picking sizes

Important notes:

• Incorrectly chosen uniform sizes are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.  Reorders (if possible) will be at the cost of the parent/guardian.
• Once teams are formed and uniforms are ordered, there will be NO refunds.
• Email addresses and phone numbers will ONLY be used for SYSL purposes.  The information will not be shared with/used for purposes outside of SYSL
• Payment is via check ONLY.  NO CASH will be accepted.
• All games will take place on Saturday (the following schedule is subject to change)

• Registration confirmation and team placement will be available from the registration website www.stoughtonsoccer.org in late August
• Per MIAA rules, high school team players will not be expected to attend SYSL practices
