SYSL Spring 2008 Registration Rules

• U10-U18 is travel only, U5-U8 is in-house only
• Cost for U5 is $60 per player. Sign up and pay by 2/3/08 and pay only $40.
• Cost for U6-U8 players is $110 per player.  Sign up and pay by 2/3/08 and pay only $80.
• Cost for U10-U18 players is $115 per player.  Sign up and pay by 10/6/07 and pay only $85.
• $285 max charge per family (max $225 per family if signed up and paid by early bird end date)
• Registration forms MUST be filled out ONLINE at www.stoughtonsoccer.org
• Computers are available free of charge at the library for those that need it
• Drop off the printed form, picture (for U12+ travel ONLY), and payment either in-person during a registration event, via mail, or via dropping off the registration form at the field:
• Registration deadline for the travel program is 10/6/2007
• Registration deadline for the in-house program is 2/3/2008
• Registration mail-in applications for travel MUST be postmarked by 10/3/2007
• Registration mail-in applications for in-house MUST be postmarked by 1/30/2008
• Drop off registrations should be placed in the drop box at the concession stand
• ANY registration not meeting the above requirements is subject to a waiting list
• Each application must be filled out in its entirety
• All players must have proof of age.  If not yet on file (i.e. 1st time SYSL player), a copy of the player’s birth certificate is required.
• Travel registration forms for U12+ must be accompanied by a picture of the player (mini-ID, size 21mmx30mm)
• Age guidelines for Spring 2007 are as follows:

• Sample uniforms are available at the concession stand for help in picking sizes
• The zero-tolerance/code-of-conduct form must be agreed to or the registration is not complete

Important notes:

• Incorrectly chosen uniform sizes are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.  Reorders (if possible) will be at the cost of the parent/guardian.
• Once teams are formed and uniforms are ordered, there will be NO refunds.
• Email addresses and phone numbers will ONLY be used for SYSL purposes.  The information will not be shared with/used for purposes outside of SYSL
• Payment is via check ONLY.  NO CASH will be accepted.
• In-house schedule: All in-house games will take place on Sunday afternoon.  Times are currently TBD.
• Travel schedule (NOTE: SSSL tries to adhere to the following.  It is subject to change)

• As of spring 2007, the U12 divisions will be playing ONLY 8v8, and not 11v11.
