  2. Review of minutes from last meeting Accepted
  1. Registrar’s Report
    1. Fall registration numbers About 340 right now
    2. Fall registration ends?  Aug. 1st
  2. Treasurer’s Report Trish to pay MA Youth Soccer
  3. Field Report
    1. Field repair update Field 1 and 3 shut down for now.  2 shut down for Fall season
  4. Concession Report Inspection is coming.  Kevin to schedule
    1. Food license renewal need before inspection
  5. SSSL Report Score reporting in Fall, Coach info needed by 8/1.  8/6 team info needed.  8/25 prelim roster due and coach id’s and adult registration.  Travel season will be Sept 10th to Nov 5th.  NO games Columbus Day weekend.

    1. Jen will give us uniform invoice Kevin spoke to Jen.  She will send it
  7. Fall 2017 Season
    1. Determine number of teams in each division Teams have been decided and updated in SP
    2. Choose and vote on travel coaches Done.  All coaches selected except for u10b team 3 and u14b team 2.  Will send emails to parents asking for volunteers.
    3. SSL deadline for prelim rosters and team placement info?  See SSL Report above
    4. SSL deadline for final rosters? No info from SSSL yet
    5. Choose deadline for travel team creation by coaches All teams before 8/1
    6. Fall In-House Schedule.  Game times change with only 2 fields. 9am u5 and u6.  10:30am u8b.  11am TOPS.  12pm u8g
    7. Choose deadline for In-House team creation.  Last year 7/18.  August 1st
    8. Deadline for In-House uniform ordering.  Last year 7/22. August 1st

    1. Vote/record email votes None
    2. Sponsor plagues and coach team photos.  Need to distribute? Karen has and will distrubute
    3. Field Lining.  Who will do for the Fall? Ian working with Landscapers
