If no member of your family played during the previous season, you will need to create a new account by choosing the new family link on the Sports Pilot website.

NOTE: $315 max registration charge per family. Max $200 per family if signed up and paid by discount end date.

- When paying by check, please WRITE THE PLAYER’S NAME on the check
- Check payments may be submitted via mail or by dropping it off at the Kolz fields
- Check payments for travel MUST be postmarked by October 15th
- Check payments for travel dropped off at the Kolz fields must be received no later than October 16th
- Check payments for in-house MUST be postmarked by January 30, 2010
- Check payments for in-house dropped at the Kolz fields must be received no later than January 31, 2010
- Drop off payments at the Kolz fields should be placed in the drop box at the concession stand
- Travel registrations not received by the end of the early-bird period are subject to a waiting list
- ANY registration not meeting the above requirements is subject to a waiting list
Registration Rules
- Registration forms MUST be filled out ONLINE
- The zero-tolerance/code-of-conduct must be agreed to or the registration isn’t complete
- All players must have proof of age. If not yet on file (i.e. 1st time SYSL player), a copy of the player’s birth certificate is required.
- U10-U18 is travel only, U5-U8 is in-house only
- All travel participants (U12+) ARE REQUIRED to bring a picture of the player (mini-ID, size 21mmx30mm) to tryouts
- Sample uniforms are available at the concession stand for help in picking sizes
- SYSL socks and shorts are mandatory
- SYSL socks and shorts are no longer included with each registration
- SYSL socks and shorts may be ordered during registration or purchased at the concession stand
Important Notes
- Incorrectly chosen uniform sizes are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Reorders (if possible) will be at the cost of the parent/guardian.
- There will be NO refunds for tavel players after 11/1/2009
- There will be NO refunds for in-house players after 2/2/2010
- Email addresses and phone numbers will ONLY be used for SYSL purposes. SYSL does not share this information for purposes outside of SYSL.
- Payment is via credit card and check ONLY. NO CASH will be accepted.
- In-house schedule: All in-house games will take place on Sunday afternoon between 12:00 and 4:30
